Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on destination..

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

For customers selecting Overnight Shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Thursday before 5:00 PM EST to qualify for next-business-day delivery.

Due to carrier pickup schedules, overnight shipping is not available for orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Thursday.

Orders placed with overnight shipping from Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Business Days

Standard shipping operates on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Sunday Delivery

Sunday delivery is generally not available.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include 24/7 tracking and up to $100 of declared value insurance through the shipping carrier.

Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, reshipping services, or package forwarding services.

Once an order has shipped, PRETTYGANG is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
